On the Main Menu screen press:

INFINITE Thermal Detonators
On the Main Menu screen press:
B, X, B, X, B, X, B, B, B, then Y.

Debug / Level Skip:
On the Title screen, on Controller 2 hold L and R, and on Controller 1 press A, A, B, B, X, X, Y, Y, A, B, X, Y, A, B, X, Y. Once the game has started, on Controller 1 press L and R. To skip the level, press A, B and START.
