Slam dunks: Approach the basket, hold Turbo and press Shoot.
Alley oop: Press R2 + X when your teammate is at the basket.

SUPER PLAYER
On the final screen before you play, go to Edit.
Create a player with full power in everything and he will be unstoppable during the game.
