Notes about the cheats:
*Level select: Ignore the 'Invalid Code' response. Begin a
new game and press Start during game play. Press Circle to
select the "Resume" option. Any level in the game
may now be accessed.
*Permanent shield: Ignore the 'Invalid Code' response. Begin a
new game with a shield that is always full. Note that you can
still die in other ways.
*Invincibility: Ignore the 'Invalid Code' response. Begin a
new game. Note that use of this option may disable sprite
collision and the Use command.
