Go to the
Options menu, which you can access either during play or on
the Main Menu and enter one of the Button Combos below to
enable the Effect you require.
You will hear a sound to confirm.

Unlimited fuel .... R1, L1, R2, L2, Select, R1, L1
Level select .... R1, L1, R2, L2, Start
Unlimited ammo .... R1, L1, R2, L2, R1
