HOW TO GET THE TRAINER MODE
Follow the steps below..
1. When you see 'Push Start' on the title screen, press:
Down, X, Left, Right, Left, X, Down
The crowd will cheer if entered correctly.
2. Go to the Main Event and choose the New Boxer from the options. 
3. Select "Trainer mode"
You will now be able to control the boxer from the Trainer's perspective.
