UNLOCK THE CHEAT
MODE
During play, hit pause and hold L and press:
C-Left, C-Left, C-Right, C-Right, B, A, C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, Down, Start.
CLASSIC ASTEROIDS
AND MORE
With this cheat you will unlock Classic Asteroids, credits and relentless
mode:
On the Main Menu, hold L and press:
C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Down, A, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, Start
HIDDEN SHIPS
On the Main Menu, hold R and press:
C-Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, B, C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Up, Start
UNLOCKING HINTS
Relentless mode: Successfully
complete the game under normal mode to unlock relentless mode. In this
mode, the asteroids will keep appearing. Note: Save the game
configuration so it does not have to be unlocked again.
Classic Asteroids game: Shoot the
new, strange green object in Zone 1, Level 15 to unlock a selection to
play the original game on the main menu. Once it's unlocked It's best to
save the game configuration so it does not have to be unlocked again.
HINTS AND PLAYING TIPS
Black hole warning: When small,
white objects begin swirling around the eye of the black hole and become
larger and in greater numbers, leave.
Solar flare attack: In Zone 3, Sun,
stay away from the top left corner of the screen as much as possible.
That is where the deadly solar flares always attack from.
Queen Worm: The Queen comes out of
the purple crater and cannot be destroyed.
Easy levels in multi-player mode: If
you and a partner team up, the best way to pass the levels is to get on
top of your partner so you can cover all around you, and use your shield
to protect both ships.
