BUTTON COMBINATION CHEAT
LEVEL SELECT
On the Title screen and on Controller 1, press:
Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down, B, A, Start
Then, on Controller 2, press: B
99 LIVES
Repeat the Button Combination above a second time and you will get 99 lives.
