PALMER SETTING
To get access to the Palmer setting (where the swing bar goes really, really
fast but long), make a new character named Arnie P, and select him twice for
a single game.
You now have access to the secret Palmer setting.
Please try it before you mess with it, it has power but is hard to hit.
