During play press:
B, A, Right, A, C, Up, Down, A.
Game play will resume to confirm correct code
entry.
Pause game play again and enter one of the following controller actions
to jump to the corresponding level.
Jump to next level:
Press A + Right.
Jump to previous level:
Press A + Left.
Jump to next zone:
Press A + Up.
Jump to previous zone:
Press A + Down.
