On the Title Screen, press:
Left, Left, A, B, C, Left, Up, Down, A, Right, A
You will hear a sound to confirm.

LEVEL SELECT
Follow the steps below..
1. Enter sound test mode from the options screen.
2. Play sounds 8, 4, 19, and 71 in that order.
The screen will flash to confirm correct code entry.
3. Now, begin game play, pause, and hold Down + A + C to display the level select screen.
